Negative thinking, on the other hand, can attract a host of negative emotions and events. It can make situations more challenging, affect relationships, and drain energy. It can even hinder your progress in life. Moreover, it triggers an over-production of stress hormones, which can weaken your immune system and lead to health issues. The impact is far-reaching and immediate.
When you think positively, you attract positive emotions and events. Everything seems to go right. Feel-good hormones flood the body, energising every part of you and boosting your immune system and your energy. You’ll look happy and at ease.
