Terms & Conditions
The School of Natural Health & Wellbeing assumes that potential students have read and understood what the School offers, the format of the courses, being self-study with a one-on-one tutor, optional support via email, Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp, and that the courses are accredited with International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
For practitioner courses, upon successful completion of a final examination and award of a Diploma, graduates are entitled to join IPHM automatically as a practitioner by quoting a reference code which the School will give to the graduate. The School does not provide the graduate with the joining fee requested by IPHM.
According to statutory regulations in the UK, students can cancel their course with the School of Natural Health & Wellbeing within seven days of enrolment. No refunds can be considered after this seven-day period.
£30 will be deducted from the refund. This covers credit card commission and administration associated with enrolment and instalment procedures. Refunds will be given 14 days from the date of payment.
With no communication or work received from a student for 6 months, their records are archived and their course cancelled. There is an administration fee of £25 for reinstating. To benefit from a course, communication with your tutor, and commitment to study and practice is important.
Tutors return marked course work within a few days of receipt, unless notified in advance of any delay due to holiday periods. In this case, students will be offered extra lessons to undertake during this period.
