STRESS MANAGEMENT:
Practical and constructive techniques for reducing worry, anxiety, insomnia, and sustainable coping strategies to restore confidence, self-esteem, positive thinking, and inner balance
NUTRITION:
Dietary changes focused on improved wellbeing, more energy, digestive calm and lowered stress levels. Good nutrition and eating habits can calm digestive disturbances and strengthen immune status.

Sessions: £60: 1 hour | £150: 3 sessions | £270: 6 sessions
Sessions are held as you wish, via phone, Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp. Your personal programme is sent by email. Choose one or as many sessions as you wish.
1st Session: We discuss medical issues, family health history, present diet and lifestyle, and what is troubling you. I make a two-week plan for you. You may receive sufficient benefit from this session and not need a follow-up session.
2nd Session - 2 weeks later - We discuss any changes experienced during the previous two weeks. We establish a programme tailored to your needs, to follow for a realistic period. The aim is for gradual, sustainable improvement.

Cancellation: 48 hours before the appointment time please, or I must charge the full fee.
